Privacy Policy for StoraDiary by Stoneratech technologies

1

Introduction

At Stoneratech technologies, we believe that your private thoughts should stay exactly that—private. StoraDiary ("the App") is designed as a 100% offline, privacy-first journaling experience. This policy explains how we handle your data with absolute transparency.

2

Information Collection and Use

Our core philosophy is simple: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII).

Personal Data

No names, emails, phone numbers, or contacts are ever requested or stored.

Usage Data

We do not track how many entries you write or how often you use the app.

3

Data Sovereignty (Offline Storage)

Your Data, Your Hardware

This is our biggest trust feature. All text entries, mood logs, and attached photos are stored exclusively in a local, on-device database on your personal hardware.

There is no cloud syncing, no backup to external servers, and no way for us (or anyone else) to access your journal records remotely.

4

App Permissions

Photo Library / Gallery

This is solely used to allow you to attach images to your diary entries. The app only accesses specific photos you select and never "scans" or index your library.

Notifications

Used exclusively for your Daily Reminders feature. You can toggle this off in the app settings or system settings at any time.

Security (PIN Lock)

If enabled, your PIN data is handled locally by the Android security layer and never leaves the device.

5

Third-Party Services

To facilitate updates and basic app functionality via the Play Store, we utilize Google Play Services. Their use of data is governed by their own policies:
